Rather disappointed, considering all the good reviews it usually gets.
Facilities were messy, unclean, loud and generally felt very unkept not the relaxing spa experience we had hoped for.

Lovely treatments but we were told the spa was at half captivity due to covid, however it was packed! As a result, no seating available for relaxing. I don't think we will visit again.

Fantastic gardens.
Organisation terrible. We arranged to have two rooms together, one of our party cannot walk very far. We asked for the room to be near a lift and close to the facility's. The rooms were the furthest away from everything and on the second floor. They did manage to change one room bit it was in a different block so we were not together. We had booked the evening meal for 7:30 as we could not arrive until the afternoon. They booked us in for 6:15 and could only change it to 8:15. The meals were nice, but I had pheasant and it was tough, I could not cut it at all. I asked the waiter

This is I think a great spa to visit either for the day or with an overnight stay. Friendly service throughout. Food and drink is available at reasonable prices and both our lunch and dinner were very good. Relaxing atmosphere in the hotel means you can really chill out. Where else can you go where you can have breakfast and all meals upto 6p.m in your bathrobe

Great place to stay and relax. Kind staff but kitchen could use a buff. The prices outweigh the quality by far. Duck was chewy and burger for lunch which cost 18 pounds had terrible quality meat. Otherwise it was a great stay. Also the sanitary napkin on our bathroom ceiling was gross but staff sorted it out quickly.
