Unfortunately not. Very help or customer friendly dealer. Car in warranty but cavity of a diagnostic of 140 to look at the problem which would need paying if not covered by warranty. Car would not be released until paid.
Simon was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable, or not prepared too advise what wasnt covered. Now on phone with Ford uk whom have agreed the approach is not very good or customer friendly. Will be using another dealer and will think carefully about the next vehicle brand bought.

I bought a mondeo estate from Hills Ford kidderminster and they could not have been more helpful.The salesman A.J was excellent. He found me the model and the colour I wanted and he had a very good attitude and made the whole process run smoothly.

This was my first car buying experience in the UK and the team at Hills Ford were very helpful. Becky and Chris were prompt and knowledgeble and supported me througout the buying process.
