After trying for months to sell our property through another agent, Knight Edmonds sold our Maisonette in a matter of a few weeks. Sam came to our home and was very open and confident in his ability to sell our home for the amount we needed, quickly. He explained everything very clearly and we believed in what he said. We actually had a viewing before our house went on the market with Knight Edmonds!
We had regular updates from Sandra and had many more viewings than our previous agent. We also had a Whatsapp group set up with Sam so that if we had any queries, we could put a quick message on there

We sold and brought with Knight Edmonds. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. We had already had our house up for sale with another agent for more than 6 months and was considering taking our house off the market completely. Cannot recommended knight edmunds enough!!! Ive used a few estate agents in Maidstone over the years and my experience with knight Edmunds was an ease. From the 1st visit to handing over the keys. Very professional and care about the customer whos trusting them to sell their property. What I liked best about the service was that I dealt with the same person throughout, so there was no mixed messages or the classic (oh il get them to call you back but never do) everyone has been so informative at all times and honest. I used their recommended solicitors too and they were so easy to work with
