Deltra wouldn't be the company it is today without our people, and their desire to do things differently. We've got a diverse mix of personalities in our team, but two things bring us together- our love of what we do and the ability to have some fun while we're doing it. About us

Deltra Group was created in 2010 and was born out of frustration with the way recruitment companies were processing candidates and clients. Ironically for a people-driven sector, a lot of recruitment businesses had a very transactional culture - chasing vacancies to fill and candidates to flip. This way of working didn't sit right with our founders, Julian and Minesh, who valued building long-term relationships over short-term gain.
