We are a small, family run hotel in Polzeath, offering fantastic and exceedingly reasonable priced accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Guests are free to come and go as they please. If however it is your intention to stay out until the early hours of the morning partying, then we are not the place for you.
Our licensed dining room is available during your stay if you prefer to eat in. Guests have the added advantage of being able to purchase alcohol any time of the day or evening without the requirement of a meal. We offer scrumptious homemade meals at very equitable prices. Finally, we don't accept pets, no, not even the well behaved ones.

We are very proud of all our bedrooms. Every year we make sure they are up to the highest standard. And that's true for this years improvements where we have now installed dedicated wall USB charging ports for your mobile devices! All our beds utilise 1000 pocket spring double mattresses (like the ones they use at Premier Inn!) for a good comfortable night's sleep.
