Dont rent from them. Its a nightmare. Dont trust them. Been their customer couple of years ago, still hate them and the landlord now.

One of the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. Alison is an absolute lovely lady and always ensured she helped me with everything. They were so understanding through lockdown. And any help I needed they always provided the beT device unlike most estate agents you have to wait around for getting back to you.

I sold my flat using this company, I don't understand the negative reviews on here as my experience was the complete opposite. You cant always please people who are too quick to put something down when it doesn't suit them.

Dont understand why you cant vote a zero rating... nor why a sales team wouldnt want to gain sales by ignoring, not answering or not coming back to anyone.
Litrally not answering their landlines after 15 calls as we want to place an offer on a property, which now is NOT going to happen, feel like knocking on the home owners home just to tell them they have lost them a sale. Also noting that when we first viewed the house, the estate agent couldnt wait for us to leave as it was a Saturday and just seemed to want to get home.... with all his advise and info being, "if you need any info just call
