Reception is rude for sure - echo below negative comments. Also when booking appointments they always fail to send email / text confirmation to pencil in diary. Only plus point with this surgery is the convenient location and parking.

Receptionist having too rude behaviour. She can't even talk to clients nicely over the phone. She cancelled my consultation without my notice. So bad service. I don't like to give 1 star even '0' (ZERO). First is best, but this clinic lost it. Worst service ever

I have had two implants today, I must admit I was very nervous when I walked into the surgery, I can not thank enough the team for there 5 star service ,
Dr Gilani is a top surgeon I did not feel a thing ,
And made me feel very comfortable and reassured me at all times . I will highly recommend usmile, I am looking forward to getting this plan complete and then, I will be getting my top teeth done. Thank you again.
