Tom sold us a car a year ago and promised parts would be easy to get. They struggle for tyres and hand break cable.
Wont give straight answers and dont ring back. Avoid them

I can honestly say I will never Clarion cars for anything. Poor service from start to finish and wasted valuable time chasing up answers. Never carried the initial costing for repair properly from the start.
Rang for a progress to be told the part had double when I thought my car was underway to be fix. Not once was a return call made when ringing Clarion cars and poor excuses was given on why. So glad I dont have to deal with Tom and Pete because this experience has put me off using Clarion cars. I just hope you took my face to face feedback today on board because believe me Im hacked
