From start to finish cannot thank Ben enough for being so lovely and so efficient. Much nicer to deal with than a big dealership like ford who i strongly do not recommend! Ben was accommodating and went above and beyond..i HIGHLY recommend Napier to anyone looking for a used car..would give 10 stars if i could...am so thrilled..could not be happier with my new car which was pristine. a real pleasure to deal with Napier Motor Company Ltd .i will definitely be using again in the future. Bought a van from here recently. It was a pristine example for its age so I was willing to travel a few hours to look at it. They let me reserve it for a refundable deposit to make sure it wasn't a wasted journey. When I got down there the van was ready to go for a test drive out front and they were really welcoming. Great service, they clearly choose their stock carefully and take pride in the presentation unlike a lot of the bigger dealerships.
