Our solicitors help parents establish living and contact agreements that prioritise children's wellbeing while protecting parental rights. We handle complex international custody disputes and court applications for child arrangements orders, ensuring compliance with the Children Act 1989. Our team provides clear guidance on parental responsibility and court procedures while advocating for practical, child-focused solutions.
Wills and Probate
Our solicitors assist with creating legally valid wills and administering estates after bereavement. We guide clients through probate applications, inheritance tax calculations, and estate distribution according to legal requirements. The service includes preparing lasting powers of attorney and advising on intestacy rules. With expertise dating back to 1986, we ensure proper documentation for asset protection and provide support for contested probate matters.
Commercial Conveyancing
We handle commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, and lease agreements. Our solicitors conduct title investigations, negotiate terms, and ensure proper planning permissions for business premises. The service covers due diligence for industrial, retail, and office properties, with expertise in security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. We advise on lease assignments, subletting arrangements, and commercial property dispute resolution.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
We assist clients in creating legally binding documents appointing attorneys for health and financial decisions. Our solicitors guide through registration with the Office of the Public Guardian and advise on selecting appropriate attorneys. The service includes preparing both health/welfare and property/financial LPAs, with expert advice on attorney responsibilities and decision-making boundaries under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Name Change Deeds
We provide formal name change services through statutory declarations or deed polls. On behalf of me and my partner Curtis - Truemans solicitors were professional and efficient throughout. They did seem to charge slightly more compared to others but we thought this was worth the money due to them being excellent and fast at responding and also being on top of conveyancing matters. We have used them for 2 house purchases and 1 sale, Karen peacock was our solicitor and was excellent. We have now moved into our new home and couldnt be happier.

I knew nothing about purchasing a property but the level of communication and support from the team gave me the knowhow. Thanks and God bless.
