We were asked by an employee of this company to supply a roof report on a property that they manage, because they did not trust the local roofers, who were telling them the property needed a new roof. We told them that Woking was a touch out of our usual area we cover, but would do the report (but no remedial work). A fee was agreed. Once at the property, it was immediately evident that the property needed a new roof. Photo's were taken and shown to the client. As the property so clearly needed a new roof, we did not feel comfortable charging our fee for a detailed inspection, so the client was
