Their online valuation guarantees the price of a car for 7 days unless not as described (mine is mint) .... However I was offered 26,300 for mine only to be called and told the computer over quotes. Then quoted 24,000. 2,300 is a fair amount lower! And most definately not a good price by any standards.
VERY misleading and not a great service.

If you are looking for a non sales, no nonsense and straightforward approach to part exchanging your vehicle, look no further than James Castleton at Spencer Car Sales. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Professional, took care of all the details including organising the tax which was very helpful and true to his word. Well worth the trip from Lincolnshire to collect the vehicle. Thank you James.
