What a perfect, pleasant and reassuring time we had getting our big family car from Steve and all at Family Car Sales. We gave him a set of (probably quite tricky) requirements and he searched for weeks to find us the perfect car! Wouldnt settle for anything he wasnt happy with either. Finally found one and he ensured we were happy with everything before making it perfect and delivering it to us! After he left we found an upholstery spring which had become dislodged on a seat in the back and he advised us to use the car a few times to check we were happy with everything and then bring it
