Composite bonding
Report
Composite bonding is a quick, pain-free and cost-effective technique that can put the confidence back into your smile. To change the appearance of teeth, for example to lengthen teeth that are shorter than the rest or to fill gaps between teeth. Damaged teeth can be sensitive to hot and cold, cause pain when chewing and affect your appearance.
Crowns, Onlays and Bridges
Report
If you have badly damaged or missing teeth, your dentist may discuss the option of crowns, onlays or bridges to help restore your smile. Crowns and onlays are often used where single teeth are too damaged for standard filling methods, particularly if a lot of the tooth is missing. This could be due to an accident for example or if the tooth has already been filled several times in the past.
Children’s dentistry
Report
Starting to visit the dentist as early as possible will give your children the best chance of enjoying life-long oral health. Only one in 10 children under the age of two in England have been for their first dental check up and around 140* children a day have decayed teeth removed. Starting the habit of good dental routines early on can help prevent these issues later.
