Absolutely discusting service and reception staff. Tried to book an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain with a broken tooth and was told to ring back the following Monday which was a week later at 8am in the morning. Hours of of opening are 8.30am. Discusting behaviour and a particular member of staff there should ashamed of herself and find herself another job!!!!

Worst dentist practice ever other half is in bad tooth pain and the people are just rude booked online and didn't honour it just complained about their own website and that you shouldn't be able to do that. Absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs shambles

Can not recommend enough, Daan has gone above and beyond, he's been amazing throughout my treatment, I'm over the moon with my new smile, the hygienist was lovely and the reception staff are always very helpful and friendly. As soon as we are able to I'm swapping my whole family over

When my own dentist wouldnt help me in an emergency , Westcliff went out of their way to help and were so kind. Im registering with them now!
