An amazing agent. Have worked with both Stevie and Eric for the last few years and they are an outstanding team. Stevie goes out of his way to offer the best possible service. They manage and look after our portfolio of properties and I can always sleep well knowing that they always do a fantastic job. They check out tenants properly and never just let to anyone. They do quarterly inspections and they always find me tenants for my properties. I had approached a few different agents in Borehamwood before picking Carringtons and I have never looked back. LANDLORDS AVOID - This estate agent has been advising tenants that they can use the new legislation to live rent free with no eviction prospects for 6 months. The estate agent still get their agency fees. Landlords lose out.
