Food was amazing and they catered really well for gluten free meals too. Good value, worked out at about 25 per person for two courses each, which is very reasonable. We didn't catch our server's name but she was amazing and looked after us very well. Would eat here again. Great set menu deals on a Thursday too.

3 friends and I visited Thai Rice on a Thursday for the set menu. It was absolutely divine and the service was outstanding. Wisa the waitress in particular made our night truly special through her kind and witty ways. I will definitely be going back, what a lovely intimate setting.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. If you love Thai food then this is the place for you. They have a varied menu of traditional Thai classics at affordable prices. My friend and I ordered three starters of battered king prawns with a sweet chilli dip, classic Thai fish cakes and whitebait in a spicy Thai dressing. The starters were cooked perfectly, the prawns weren't rubbery or hard, but cooked just right. The balance of sweet, sour and spicy was just right without being too overpowering. For our main course we ordered a green curry with beef with coconut rice and and Pandang curry with king prawns

Been here with family and friends after a day on the river canoeing. Very nice place, great food, friendly staff, little, quiet and cosy. And good price, we paid about 20 per person for massive meals that we couldn't finish.
