Been three times and 2 of those were bad experiences so won't be using again. First time (granted was about 9yrs ago) I asked for a number 5 at the back and longer on top for my son. She went straight over the top of his head with a number 5 being the polite person I am I didn't say anything then cringed for 3 weeks until it grew out. Second time my boys came home with long bits all behind their ears which I had to cut and it wasn't very well blended on sides, I had to get the clippers out myself and finish it! Should have saved myself 25 and just done it myself
