Critical:Professionalism
I rang to ask if there was anybody in their firm that I could sign a legal document in the partners presence of one of the team, it would take 10 minutes and Im willing to pay. The receptionist was quite rude and couldnt wait to tell me that if I was not one of their clients they would not do it! Not a pleasant experience!
