Enjoyed a family afternoon tea to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. The staff were excellent and Maz who looked after us was exemplary. He ensured that those of us in the party who were GF and vegan received the correct food as well as being on hand throughout the afternoon.

One of the rooms had an awful smell. The staff tried their best to solve the problem but not a good thing when you're celebrating a birthday party. The venue itself is lovely but this incident made me put off by the place. What's worth the management knew there was a problem but didn't do enough to solve the problem until the guests turned up and complained about the awful stench.

We were so well looked after during our wedding anniversary party last night. The food was amazing, rooms were perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly!
