Nice place lovely food but not enough staff for amount of customer's there on a Sunday. They were working hard but you waited a while for food and just to get someone's attention to order another round of 5 drinks! Didn't find staff particularly friendly!!

Nice local pub. But 8.95 for one pint of real ale beer, a Pepsi and a tap water with lime cordial is ridiculous so won't return for drinks or food.

Great place to read a book & enjoy a MASSIVE hot chocolate. This one was Biscoff flavoured! Friendly staff, easy going pub, classic styling, standard products on offer, ticks all the essentials.

We had Steak & Ale Pie and the Signature Burger. They were both delicious. We sat by the side of a real fire which on a cold and wet night was extremely welcoming. Loved it!!!

Lovely place which we can thoroughly recommend. We stayed for two nights in rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good quality and there was plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had a meal in the pub on one of the nights which again was superb quality and plentiful.

The staff are pleasant but the service wasn't anywhere near expectation, the food was really poor and had items missing from what they had on the menu. When raised, they didn't really seem to care. Wasn't busy and so not an excuse. Didn't stay for pudding. Much better options out there.... would avoid.
