Heather and Craig would like to welcome you to West View, our home in the beautiful town of Keswick. West View is ideally located close to the shores of Derwent Water and a very short walk into the centre of Keswick. Our guest house has 5 luxurious rooms, all with modern ensuite bathrooms, that all have fantastic views of the surrounding area.
The Guest Lounge is available for you to enjoy all day and has a spectacular view across Hope Park towards Causey Pike and Newlands Valley. Every morning we offer a home cooked locally sourced breakfast that will set you up for the day!

As standard all our rooms have high quality bed linen, tea and coffee facilities and flat screen TV's. The bathrooms all have luxury toiletries from The Bath House of Ambleside and Egyptian Cotton Towels. Our standard double ensuite is on the first floor with views across the back of the property to Keswick Town and Latrigg.
Staying at West View

Standard check in is available from 4pm until 8pm but we would be happy to organise check in outside this time by prior arrangement. Enjoy a home cooked Cumbrian breakfast with locally sourced ingredients; eggs from the local farm and meats from a local supplier. Freshly brewed Fairtrade coffee and Yorkshire tea will accompany your breakfast and Heather also makes all the jams and marmalades to go with your toast!
