Can I book spa access separately from accommodation?
Brimstone Spa access is exclusively for hotel guests. Non-residents cannot book spa facilities separately.
Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
Pets are welcome in designated self-catering properties only. A £25 cleaning fee applies per stay.
What dining options are available for non-residents?
Stove Restaurant & Bar and Wainwrights' Inn accept non-resident bookings. Reservations recommended during peak seasons.

Simple fayre, simply perfect... stopped in for lunch after a dip in Ullswater... sausage and mash was JUST what the doctor ordered... roaring fire on a cold day, loadsa beers - what's not to live?

The staff do their best to be cheery despite the restrictions imposed on us all, the Wainwright Gold is a lovely pint, we had 5 meals between us & not a single complaint.

Lovely cosy place to go to after a day on the fells. The log fire isa welcoming sight in the winter months. Staff are friendly . Give this place a visit

This pub was a perfect stopping point for lunch on our holiday in the Lake District. It was cozy, inviting and had some of the best pub food we've had in a long time. The staff were extra friendly and accommodating. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the steak and ale pie with chips.

Proper pub in a beautiful setting. Sit on the terrace and take in the sun or sit inside and enjoy the atmosphere. Service is second to none. So polite and attentive. All food going out was quick and looked quick
