Went with my special needs nephew, the staff was so kind, loving an patient with us. for us, even a simple trip is a huge task but they made our experience super smooth. they didn't even mind the excessive noises and screaming and patiently handled us.

Parents please beware. If your child isn't going into year 7 and needs a new blazer only you cannot purchase a blazer on its own. Its management policy that you have to buy everything (whatever that is). I was flabbergasted by this. I waited outside for 10 minutes only. Imagine if I'd waited longer, what a complete and utter waste of time that would be. The assistant was lovely, not her rules. They said I need to go to speedstitch to get the blazer so I did. It was cheaper and no money making rules. I will never spend my money in this shop again. I have read reply, however I would not make up

I bought a trousers for my son but it didn't work. The style of trousers wasn't suitable for my son. When I wanted to give it back they said they can't refund it, they offered me a voucher valid for 1 year. But I didn't know, they would not refund. They said there is a paper on cashier desk which has the information but I didn't see it and also my English is not good. The lady manager of Walthamstow Victoria 2 said rudely, "nooooo your English is good enough to understand". I got really disappointed, she was really rude. Always get your uniform at the beginning of summer otherwise you might be left with nothing and there is always a queue outside two weeks before school starts! The staff are super helpful and friendly, you can return anything that doesn't fit for another size! It's a super small shop but they have everything you could need for school
