Ordered a shirt online, they sent me a pair of shoes. Instead of fixing the error immediately they advised their policy was for me to pay to send back the incorrect item (they would refund this) then go back online and re-order the item. The shirt I wanted was now no longer available - so I called up and was advised this was just their policy but they would raise it with head office and would contact me. Almost a week and have not heard from anyone else at Farah about this mistake. Very poor expecting the customer to go out their way to fix their error.

Nice staff but product is especially average. One wash and the trousers are totally washed out. It's just really poor quality stuff

Brilliant. Discovered today through a member of staff I was entitled to a 10% discount on my shop because I was wearing a Farah jumper.

I usually dont write reviews but when the male shop assistant backtalks you with attitude when you tell them I can see the size wont fit, I kind of want to mention your staff is supposed to help customers, not scare them off.

You have to pay to return items youve ordered online... and theres no option to return to store. Come on guys, its 2018. At least offer pre paid post returns!
