The Service was Excellent. Your online platform was amazing. We felt that we were part of your team throughout the whole process. The documentation was the easiest of all and totally clear. You did all the work. We only had to sign in specific designated areas you pointed out to us and then we did only watch the whole process unfolding through. You kept in touch with us at all the times and you notified us with any detail of information available you had in your possession and at what percentage the completion was at. Im really pleased with the service Ive received from Enact in relation to my remortgages recently! My case handler Ross Renner was friendly and efficient. It can be worrying having to deal with online conveyancers but I found the online portal and chat service to be brilliant. I was able to upload all documents on there and sign my deeds electronically! Fantastic and I would definitely use again!

Shocking Service. If I could give a negative rating, I would. My case has been with them for over 5 months now, for transfer of equity. They don't provide enough information when asked, nobody knows what's going on, their customer service is appalling at best! Do Not Use if you would like to keep your sanity!!
