I was always kept upto date with everything that was happening and was happy with the amount I recieved. Very poor, unprofessional, and not responsive and they misguided me few times, but still am chasing my money with them,
It's so unfortunate my case has taken 6 year,
After receiving the money from the insurance company its over 3 months, still am waiting for the amount to get settled,
During the 6 years, i might made 3000 calls and hundreds of emails but the response was so poor,
There was a person HAMZA the one who really help with my case, but he left from there. Others are not professionals and leading you with misguided information,
My advise is stay away and go to a reputable organisation
