Single Storey Extension

Single storey rear extension provided an additional dining area to the property and was constructed using matching face brickwork. 1930s semi detached property with loft conversion and cedar cladding to the exterior dormer finishes. Rear kitchen diner extension is currently underway and completed project photos will be available soon.

This property was completely transformed with the addition of both two storey and single storey extensions to each side elevation. Two storey home extensions exceed the permitted development regulation guidelines and full planning permission is always required for any two storey build to take place.

This detached property in Westbury on Trym Bristol was extended to the rear and side elevations to provide an open plan kitchen extension with separate utility room. We have designed and built single storey extensions tailored to make the most of the increasing demand for BI-folding doors. These designs often include the fitting of atrium or lantern roof designs to maximise the light being made available within the new extension.
