Ive used Mogfords for over a decade for various property maintenance at a property I originally lived in but now manage from Australia. The office staff are great managing things over the phone and trades are experienced and pro-active in arranging access with tenants which is huge help. Will continue to use and recommend to others!

Mogfords have just completed a job for me replacing a flat felted roof with a pitched and tiled roof with two veluxes.Very pleased with the end result.The work was undertaken skilfully and with great care by Mogfords team.They explained daily what they planned to do and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend Mogford Prescott having recently completed extensive and difficult renovation works on our 30's house in Stoke Bishop. Complicated new roof, rendering, drainage, painting, etc. Matt and team were prompt, hard working, considerate and highly skilled. The final product is about perfect.

Extremely happy with the building work just completed. Although Mogford Prescott's quote was very competitive, the work was all completed to a really high standard. The builders on site were always very friendly, helpful and courteous and Matt Prescott himself always made himself available to deal issues promptly as they arose. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Mogford Prescott have worked on three projects for us which has included: roofing; carpentry; plumbing; damp-work/rendering; painting/decorating. All of the team are professional with attention to detail and they are polite and friendly. They know their craft so I felt I could just let them get on with the task in hand. And to top that, they always tidy up at the end of each day so there is minimal disruption.
