I use Green Metro Cars all the time when I need Taxi in Reading. The drivers are very respectful, friendly, and nice. I receive a response most of the time when I call them, and the customer service handles queries quite patiently. Even if they do not answer the call, they call back immediately. I have never been disappointed from this company on any front. I wish it was possible to give them more than 5 starts.
