Our telephone lines are open at 8am each morning. If you require an emergency on the day appointment we would suggest you ring as early as possible, as these appointments can be booked up quick. You can also book an appointment through the patient access area of this site. Appointments available online have recently increased to include emergency as well as routine appointments with a GP.
Practice Staff

GP's availability shows the days when our GP's may be working, and does not mean they will always be available on these days. We provide services that include Wound Management, Stitch/clip removal, Blood Testing, Cervical Smears, Ear Irrigation, Routine injections, Travel Health as well as checks relating to long term conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Heart/Kidney Problems and NHS Health Checks.

As a result of the pandemic we are not currently asking for proof of identification. However in the future we reserve the right to request proof of address to ensure you are living within our practice boundary and can therefore access the relevant services offered within our area. If applicable, you may also be asked to complete an Alcohol Questionnaire, which can be downloaded below.

Kingswood Health Centre's Patient Participation Group (PPG) are a group of patient volunteers, from as wide a spectrum of patients as possible, who meet regularly and work with the practice in trying to continually help shape the delivery of services to our patients.
Members of the PPG attend regular quarterly meetings and may become involved with the writing of informative articles for our Newsletters, as well as contributing to discussions regarding the delivery of patient services.If you are interested in belonging to this motivated and supportive group that is focused on taking positive action in working with the practice to the aims mentioned above, please let us know.
