The practice has re-opened the waiting room to a limited number of patients. The practice requests that all people entering the building wear a face covering unless you have valid reason not to. We ask that you comply with instructions given by the receptionists, as they are intended to protect yourself and others.
The practice has a zero tolerance approach to rude or aggressive behavior directed towards its staff. We request that all patients and visitors treat staff in a manner that they would wish to be treated in themselves. If you are wearing a face covering, inline with Welsh Government advice, the covering should consist of 3 layers and should be worn over the nose and mouth.

Please do not request repeat prescriptions over the phone or hand your paper request direct to a receptionist. BY POST - Enclose full details of your requirements, together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (our addresss can be found on the Contact Information page). Please make sure that you have enough medication remaining to allow time for our processing the prescription (2 full working days) and the post.
