Four times the security and first aid course has been changed due to them not getting enough people on the course. I have been down the office today for a refund and been told by the receptinist i am the 6 person this week wanting a refund, and Titan staff are never in the office. then when you research Titan they come up as Titan Facilities Managment (NW) Ltd Titan Security Titan Control, Titan Training, Avoid this compnay as you will never get ona course if they exist or receive any certificates. i have reported them.

The course was poor value for money. the trainer didn't seem to know anything and kept contradicting himself as he went to the next slide. Very wishey washy I wouldn't recommend this company.

We completed a first aid course with Titan which was great! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who deals with a lot of children or to any mums!! We learned a lot from our course and it had loads of fun factors to the day. Thank you Titan
