Services
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles into specific meridian points to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. This technique effectively addresses chronic pain, migraines, and stress-related disorders by restoring energy flow. Patients often experience immediate relief, with cumulative benefits from repeated sessions.
CBT Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy identifies and modifies negative thought patterns affecting emotional wellbeing. Our accredited therapist uses evidence-based techniques to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Sessions focus on developing practical coping strategies tailored to individual needs.
Tui Na Massage
Tui Na employs deep-tissue manipulation to relieve muscular tension and improve circulation. This therapy targets conditions like back pain, sports injuries, and stress-induced fatigue. Regular sessions enhance mobility and promote systemic balance through meridian stimulation.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion applies heat from burning mugwort herb to acupuncture points, enhancing circulation and reducing inflammation. It's particularly effective for joint pain, menstrual discomfort, and chronic cold conditions. The treatment complements acupuncture by amplifying therapeutic effects through thermal stimulation.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping creates localized suction to release muscle tension and detoxify tissues. This technique improves blood flow, reduces cellulite, and alleviates chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia. Sessions typically last 30 minutes, leaving patients with immediate relaxation and improved mobility.

Thank you for always being kind and patient with me.
Michael has been extremely welcoming from the very beginning of my mental health journey and I am so glad I reached out and asked for some help and guidance I will be forever grateful. He is so professional and kind and I felt so comfortable with the treatments as he made me feel at ease. He is so passionate about his work, a great listener, full of knowledge and doesn't mind you asking lots of questions. He gives you this positive uplift feeling soon as you walk through the door to when you leave so it makes the whole experience even better

I highly recommend Michael as an excellent practitioner. My back pain disappeared almost immediately after a wonderful Chinese massage and acupuncture. I now see Michael regularly for general well well-being and relaxation. He takes his time, never rushes you, is very easy to talk to and immensely knowledgeable and I always look forward to my next session!

I cant recommend michael (and jack before him) enough for helping me with my various problems over many years. After a lifetime of being fit and riding horses I have had a number of serious issues over the past few years and I honestly dont know where I would be without them. Michael continues to help me get rid of and manage my horrendous migraines, have literally helped me back on my feet and keep my back in order when my bulging disc flares up and triggers my sciatica and sorted out shoulder issues and other things. If you have a problem dont hesitate to contact michael especially if

Michael gave me an excellent treatment for severe back pain after I injured my lower back. It had completely seized up and I could barely move but after only one treatment I was up and walking normally again the same night. I was actually quite skeptical of acupuncture before the treatment but the difference it made was incredible. I would highly recommend.

I have been attending Michael's clinic for 6 months now. I have a Chinese massage treatment every week for general wellbeing because I do a very stressful job. I have found it so beneficial. I used to get run down with colds all the time and since having the treatments I haven't been sick once! I see it as an investment in my health and I am so grateful for Michael's expertise and wonderful treatment.

Where do I start after visiting the doctor and being fobbed off again. I drove back home and passed Michaels acupuncture clinic. I thought I have nothing to lose. I have been in pain and misery for many years. I suffer from shingles and Ive had it over forty times and on medication three times a day. I suffer from vertigo and on medication daily. I suffer from ME, chronic fatigue and unfortunately there is no medication for it. I sleep all day and all night on my days off. I suffer from manic depression and Im on 40mg daily. I felt I had no life working full time and being a single parent
