Used this service to get a faulty bath mixer tap repaired (replace thermostatic valve). We had some hic cups but ultimatley they were all addressed and the service was very good. I recommend and would use again. Mario was the plumber who came - nice guy.

We had an emergency with a toilet that wouldn't stop filling on a Sunday morning. After a very clear phone call with the company, Mario attended within an hour and carried out, what proved to be a tricky job, in a timely and very professional manner. Very pleased indeed and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Called them up after the pipe under my bathroom sink feel off (classic new build). Within an hour I had a plumber at my door and within another hour the pipe was fixed. They had to replace a PVC pipe and managed to do it without removing the tiles. They were very professional and would definitely recommend.

Really impressed, came within 45 minutes of the phone call, then quickly sorted my blocked sink (which a different plumber earlier in the week had said would need scaffolding up the building to unblock!). Professional and friendly. Also I have no experience with plumbing(!) but the price seemed reasonable to me for a solid hour of hard work. Would absolutely recommend to my friends.

The office staff were very easy to speak to and were able to clarify anything I needed them to clarify, the work was absolutely spot on, they came and were at my place within 25 minutes, and gone with the work completed in the same hour. Got told I would have to wait 3 weeks by my usual plumber, but these guys were out the same day, in no time at all, and the prices compared to my normal plumber are very similar if not better! Will definitely be using again, would recommend to anyone in the Bristol area! Thanks a lot.
