Our conveyancing service handles residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasehold management. We guide clients through contract negotiations, title documentation, and legal compliance, ensuring seamless transfers of ownership. With expertise in managing freehold and leasehold properties, we address administrative duties imposed by management companies or freeholders, providing clear timelines and cost estimates to mitigate unexpected delays.
Wills
We draft simple and complex wills tailored to individual or family needs, including mirror wills and trusts. Our team ensures assets are distributed according to client wishes while addressing tax implications and legal formalities. By offering fixed-fee pricing and detailed consultations, we simplify the process of creating legally binding documents that protect beneficiaries and minimise disputes.
Probate
Our probate service supports executors in administering estates, from obtaining grants of representation to settling debts and distributing assets. We handle inheritance tax calculations, HMRC filings, and asset valuations, offering fixed-fee options for non-taxable estates and hourly rates for complex cases. This ensures efficient resolution of estates while adhering to legal obligations.
Powers of Attorney
We establish Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) for health, welfare, or financial decisions, ensuring clients interests are protected if they lose capacity. Our fixed-fee service covers document preparation, registration guidance, and compliance with legal standards, providing peace of mind for long-term care planning.

I used this firm almost 5 years ago and I cant praise them enough. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They were highly professional. I could ask them anything and they would answer it straightaway or find out for me. They dealt with everything when I was buying my flat, even the smallest things like did I want the blinds. They kept me updated at every stage. Brilliant! Due to the pandemic, I chose a conveyancing firm, within walking distance from my home. This was so that I could easily drop off signed papers if I needed to. Huge mistake. I should have gone with Andrew Jacobs even though
