Traditional Chinese medicine using fine needles to stimulate healing and balance energy flow. Our practitioners combine ancient techniques with modern medical understanding to address pain management, stress reduction, and chronic conditions. Treatments are available in both private and community clinic settings, with practitioners holding advanced qualifications from institutions like Middlesex University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Specialised services include fertility support, pregnancy care, and mental health acupuncture.
Osteopathy
Hands-on treatment focusing on the musculoskeletal system to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Our osteopaths employ gentle manipulations and soft tissue techniques to address back pain, sports injuries, and postural issues. Practitioners maintain ongoing professional development through institutions like the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, with some combining cranial osteopathy and trauma-informed approaches for comprehensive patient care.
Yoga Classes
25+ weekly sessions catering to all abilities from beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes include Vajrasati, Scaravelli, and pregnancy yoga, with specialist options for children, teens, and rehabilitation. Instructors hold certifications from recognised yoga institutions and integrate mindfulness techniques. Sessions range from energising morning flows to restorative evening practices, with both drop-in and block booking options available.
Counselling
Confidential psychological support for emotional wellbeing and mental health challenges. Therapists specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic experiencing, and trauma recovery, with some practitioners offering home visits. Services include individual sessions, group therapy, and specialist support for post-natal mental health, anxiety, and life transitions, delivered by BACP-registered professionals.

I took my son for a massage. He is 18 now. He doesnt use speaking to communicate and is a very excitable, gorgeous young man. Clara was just perfect in aligning her energy and ways to meet him and enable him to have a beautiful, relaxing massage. Thank you deeply.

Acupuncture clinic - Claire was absolutely brilliant, gentle and intuitive. Asked lots of questions about my health and what issues I was having in a very engaged and caring way. I would highly recommend her and Drea who I have had a similar experience with.

Kate has treated all my running and stress induced aches and injuries. She literally keeps me going and stops me seizing up from month to month. Knowledgable, reliable and absolutely dedicated to treating and relieving pain. Totally professional and the best massage and sports rehabilitation practitioner I've have ever seen. I couldnt have gotten through the year without her treatment. We are now just keeping on top of the situation so I dont do any more damage to my legs, back, shoulders and neck. Cannot recommend more highly!
