The BEST mattresses! We called in on the way back to London where we live and they made a super royalty specially for us, in about one hour! Great, family-run, brilliant quality

I feel the need to share my experience with this company. I purchased a Deluxe beds double mattress through a local independent retailer for Deluxe beds, and was very unhappy with it. So being that I could not get a satisfactory resolution through the vendor, I decided to approach the manufacturer directly explaining my dissatisfaction with their product. I actually spoke to this company on several different occasions, and each time there was a different outcome/approach! Initially I spoke to 1 member of staff who tried to convince me that, they would speak to the vendor on my behalf, and was convincing

12 years ago I bought the Windsor open spring double divan made by this company. Pound for pound, probably the best bed I've ever owned. Only now have we finished with it but only to make room for new furniture. As it is still in excellent condition, it will be going to a local charity. I'm sure some lucky punter will get many more comfortable sleeps out of it.

My first experience with this company was very satisifatuary my brother had purchased from them and recommended the company to my mother she also purchased a bed the sales man at that time was very helpful
She purchased full bed with head board offerd at a discount (always nice) the bed arrived on the day it was promised and the things go wrong the head board didn't fit the bed purchased good things happened the company collected the head board re-funded the price paid for the headboard all good. This is the part I feel the company fell short though when my mother purchased her bed
