Ordered a bed during lockdown and as soon as they picked up the order, I received it within days. Also resolved a small query I had when putting the bed together extremely quickly. Excellent customer service from Andy, I would highly recommend them.

I bought a bed from Andy. He was very polite and helpful. The couriers were awful. Fist delivery one of the boxes was battered and with lots of holes.
Having screwed the bed together I could see a dent in the top of the headboard. Andy arranged for another to be delivered. I would recommend this company . 4 stars , they have lost one for their choice of couriers.

Received the bed as requested. The condition of goods were ok. The delivery of goods experience was not good. I was physically assaulted by the person who came to drop the goods. Will be avoiding them in the future. I tried contacting Bedz4 the entire day on Friday, left a voicemail and also Saturday. The call kept going to voicemail. Hard to get in touch with them.
