These wines are selected not just for quality in their own right, but also to compliment our food. There are no rigid rules in matching food and wine but as a guide pair delicate flavours together, acidity (crispness) with salty and oily food, and intensity with richness. Clearly sweet wine is best with dessert, although our slightly sweet welcome drink is just right to gently warm up your palate before the meal!.
