Prompt, professional, pleasant and helpful. On a Saturday morning and at very short notice. Everything you hope for in a garage and don't often find.

Excellent service from Pure Mechanics, who were happy to check my car at short notice last week, despite being busy with other work. Being on holiday at the time, this was much appreciated. I had a query about the running of the car and time was taken to give it a good check-over & road test, with reassurance of no obvious fault, so we were able to resume our holiday without worry. Very pleasant, friendly people and I'd thoroughly recommend this business.

Really impressed with this garage. Have visited twice so far with firstly a VW retro camper and lately with a modern Tiguan. Truly appreciate how all the work is properly discussed from a sincere knowledgeable mechanic and the costs appear quite competitive. So far, definitely the best in the Pickering area.
