We need to see the damage as we may be able to just repair it without having to replace anything. Yes we can carry out bodywork through the insurance. Despite what your insurance company tells you, you are under no obligation to provide more than one bodywork quote to them, nor are you obliged to go to one of their 'approved' bodyshops - it's your choice.
