Quick to respond with a phone call to my availability enquiry for a 5 day MWB Van Hire. Easy email process to send across ID and DVLA Code. Friendly staff at point of pick up, with great automation sending vehicle condition pictures by email.
Van was very clean, in great condition and a pleasure to drive. Return process pretty much a mirror of pick up - quick, friendly, and efficient. No hesitation recommending Gibbs

Had a fabulous experience with Gibbs - very easy to book a vehicle, quick and comprehensive contact with the staff prior to confirmation of booking. On day of collection, the staff were very professional and attentive- the vehicle was very clean and well appointed. A fantastic company and experience overall.
