Absolutely hopeless. They had to clean an oil stain on my drive and after three goes they still havent removed it properly. The first attempt was carried out in the pouring rain. At the finish the drive was poorly cleaned and they replaced the sand flushed out from my block paving with about a hundredweight of sand too much and said it would wash away. It was left like the Sahara Desert and they had to return to remove it. The overall cleaning was poor and the sand they replaced Im my block paving was not weed resistant andas a result I have a drive that will soon become a lawn with weeds
