All the food is freshly prepared and cooked at the event, for us it is all about the taste, good food is memorable. After 10 years of running a successful city centre Bistro, Bistro Guy of York is now on the road with their wonderful vintage mobile woodfire pizzas trailer. All pizzas are hand-stretched homemade sourdough bases, using the finest high-quality ingredients for toppings. The trailers are a great feature at any private event be it big or small and we work the menu around you to suit your event.

You can order up to seven days maximum in advance. Once you have placed order we cannot change the time so please double check your time before placing your order! Its that simple, order now. We regular take our Pizza Trailer to brewery tap rooms throughout the area. The dates and locations we visit are detailed below.

We provide mobile catering for al types and sizes of event. The food is all freshly prepared from our specially adapted trailers so that it can be enjoyed as soon as it has been cooked or prepared. Except for our pizza location events which tour different villages around York no one event is the same as we change and adapt to our customers requests.

When you send in your enquiry we will contact within 24 hours of receiving it. We are often out and about working at or preparing for an event, but we will get back to you as soon as possible. Choose the options on the form depending on the try of enquiry you have, that way we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
