We provide fully vetted nannies for full-time or part-time positions, ensuring they meet rigorous qualification and safety standards. Our candidates undergo enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, and professional interviews to guarantee suitability for family environments. Babysitting
Our babysitting service connects families with qualified professionals holding childcare qualifications or two years' experience. Clients receive CVs of two locally based sitters, with interviews arranged before bookings. The service includes 75 annual registration plus 10 hourly rates payable directly to sitters, with replacement options available when needed.
Event Childcare
We supply trained childcare professionals for weddings and special events, offering flexible arrangements from single nannies to supervised group care. All event staff maintain valid DBS checks and paediatric first aid certifications. Our sister company provides mobile creche facilities with entertainment equipment for comprehensive event childcare solutions.
Ofsted Registration
We assist nannies with Ofsted registration requirements, including qualification verification, first aid certification, and public liability insurance guidance. The process involves 103 registration fees plus DBS checks and documentation verification through approved channels. Our support ensures compliance with tax-exempt childcare voucher eligibility criteria.
DBS Checks
We conduct enhanced DBS disclosures for childcare professionals, covering police records, barred lists, and safeguarding databases. I would definitely recommend Lydia from The Nanny Co! She helped me find a great family to nanny for. I was provided with education materials that were age appropriate for the children and they absolutely love it! I just wanted to say that we had a NWOC via Susie and if you are parents out there looking for a nanny then please do stay open to this. We found the nanny exceptionally good and it wasn't an issue having an extra child even though I was initially nervous about how it would work :)
