Sports Injury Clinic
The Lee Doran "Sports Injury Clinic" has now been running for over 15 years & continues to move onward & upward. The clinic started in 2006 and ran from home until 2008 when the clinic moved to Banbridge Leisure Centre. In 2009, the clinic established in a newly refurbished premises at 10A Rathfriland Street In the centre of Banbridge town, where hopefully it will remain for the foreseeable future.

I qualified as a Sports Scientist in 2005, this led me to pursue my ambition for the human body and further educating myself in the field of anatomy and physiology, sports therapy & sports injuries. For 8 years I lectured for "Sports & exercise Sciences" at the Southern Regional College.
Services
Location
Report
The Clinic has on street parking (Mon-Sat 08:30 - 18:15), with a maximum of 1 hour waiting time. There are also 6 major car parks (see picture below) located within just a few hundred yards of the clinic doors, I always recommend using these as your appointment could last up to an hour, traffic wardens operate frequently on this street every working day.

Self Care
Report
Muscle is the largest organ in the human body, typically accounting for almost 50% of the body's weight. There are approximately four hundred muscles in the human body (surprisingly there are individual variations), and anyone of them can develop trigger points, potentially causing referred pain and dysfunction.
Workouts
Report
You should always consult your physician or other healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting any exercise program. Taking part in any of these workouts should involve your own warm-up & stretch routine. I understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating and using home gym & kettlebell equipment.
