My family have all been going to the good health centre over the past 5 years and they have helped each of us get back to normality after injuries of many kinds! The place is run in such a professional and caring manner and with the best people in place to support you back to a pain free routine. My latest injury that wasnt helped by the mainstream health system was cured here at the good health centre and the athletes in our household have had the same experience that is second to none. Highly recommend and not just when everything else fails- prevention is key!

I recently saw Lydia for a Holistic Massage and it was absolutely mesmerising! I left feeling much more relaxed, less anxious and less stressed. I came across osteopathy online when looking for a remedy for my baby feeling so tense and struggling with feeding. I carried my baby breech and he was delivered by Caesarean section. After just one session we saw such a huge improvement, our baby felt so much more relaxed. I was initially apprehensive but the massage was so incredibly gentle and Aysha was amazing, so knowledgeable about babies. This has had a huge impact on my babys happiness and I would 100% recommend any mother and baby to go for osteopathy.

I was seen by Jonnie (Osteopath) in relation to chronic pain in my Feet and Legs. A GP said it was nothing to worry about and basically advised me to just live with it. The pain got worse and I contacted The Good Health Centre. Jonnie quickly determined that the problem was with my lumbar spine and posture, and not my feet.
