We are a Dance and Drama School based in Ware, Hertfordshire, Having been unable to do face to face classes for the past few months, I can say that we are all looking forward to being back in the studio again this Autumn. DancePro Academy will be taking precautions, following the venue and government, of course.
As soon as the government advise we are able to return face to face we will however if this is prolonged in anyway, classes will always be available online via Zoom. We are always welcoming new students and continue to encourage every child, giving them the opportunity to express themselves online or in the studio.

Founded by Gill Grueber, DancePro Academy brings the love of dance and performing arts to all its students, aged 3 to young adult. DancePro Academy offers term-time classes in many genres for children and teens, including baby ballet for students as young as 2.5 years, exams in ISTD Modern Theatre, Ballet and Tap.

All your dance wear can be purchased here! If there is something that you would like and cannot see, or a size which you are struggling to buy, feel free to ask me so I can order it in. As well as dance wear uniform for the ISTD classes, we have all your dance wear needs. Accessories for your hair, bags, notebooks and so much more can be purchased here or through your parent portal.
Meet Miss Lydia

Miss Lydia is a professional performer based in Hertfordshire. She trained in Commercial, tap, ballet, acting, musical theatre and jazz at Performers College in Essex, graduating in 2019. She is a very enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate performer who also loves to teach and pass on knowledge she has learnt from the industry.

She graduated with three complete DDE's under the ISTD. Also with experience in many dance genres and experience of choreographing at different levels. By training at a performing arts college Miss Jodie has experienced a high standard of dance training and also gained all her teaching qualifications.

I have been with DancePro Academy since it first began; I was just 12 years old! I first started as a student myself, taking part in a summer school that Miss Gill had hosted to launch DancePro Academy. Because the school was so young, there were no other students my age and so I began helping on Wednesdays with ballet, tap and modern.
