Avoid like the plague! One star is flattering for this place. Given the simple task of conveyancing on two rental properties both tenanted, should take no longer than 8 weeks
After 9 months still no where with them and now the mortgage offers gone after extending for these people to sort them selves out

Would not use ever again. service was so bad I am looking at taking them to court. they messed up my completion date even after we exchanged and done everything that was asked.

WARNING!!! If i could give this firm less than one star then i would! They were incompetent throughout my claim! Unable to provide updates and minimal contact. Whenever I call up the phone line is busy. When I do get through the person who is dealing with my claim is always on annual leave. Extremely rude staff, the lady who answers the phone, Zonia is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to speak to people. When I asked to speak to her a manager, Asfah Akhtar who is just as bad. Avoid this firm.

Where do I start! My completion was over 6 weeks late, they lied about when they were shutting for Christmas to avoid one completion deadline, but subsequently showed the actual date of the shutdown in their email footer. They tried to fob me off with excuses saying I wouldn't understand the legal terms. I have a background in law however and when I pushed them they made up restrictive covenants that didn't exist. They only have a generic email that you can respond to and they rarely answer the phone and when they do you can't past the receptionist and get through to your solicitor. Many mistakes
